Tato diplomová práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou společnosti XYZ, s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se strategické analýzy. Dále jsou objasněny metody, které jsou využívány pro strategickou analýzu podniku. Na podnik je aplikována analýza externí a interní. Konkrétně se jedná o PEST analýzu, Porterovu analýzu pěti konkurenčních sil, analýzu VRIO a finanční analýzu. Na základě dílčích výsledků je vypracováno souhrnné zhodnocení společnosti XYZ, s.r.o. prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy, z které následně vychází doporučená strategie. Na základě provedených analýz jsou zformulovány návrhy pro zkoumaný podnik.This thesis deals with strategic analysis of XYZ, s.r.o. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to strategic analysis. Furthermore, methods that are used for strategic analysis of the company are clarified. Both internal and external analyses are applied on the company. Specifically, i tis the PEST analysis, Porter's analysis of five competitive forces, VRIO analysis and financial analysis. Based on the partial results obtained from all the analyses, the complex assessment of the company XYZ, s.r.o. is carried out using the SWOT analysis which is later on used as a basis for the recommended strategy. Tato bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí - z praktické a teoretické. Praktická část nesoucí název Příroda: Druhý domov Mariána Poláka je videoprofilem českého dokumentaristy Mariána Poláka, který se jako jeden z mála českých dokumentaristů dlouhodobě věnuje natáčení přírodovědných témat. Polák se už při studiích na FAMU zabýval natáčením přírody, kterou ve svých filmech zobrazuje až dodnes. Český dokumentarista za svůj dosavadní život natočil několik desítek dokumentárních filmů a pořadů o přírodě. V loňském roce dokončil svůj první celovečerní film o české přírodě Planeta Česko (2018), který byl nominován na cenu Český lev. První část bakalářské práce se tudíž snaží vylíčit Mariána Poláka především jako dokumentaristu. Současně také ukazuje proces, kterým musí každý den procházet při natáčení přírodovědného dokumentu. Teoretická část navazuje na praktický projekt a fakticky ho rozvíjí. Rozebírá dokumentární tvorbu, snaží se definovat dokumentární film a ve stručnosti se zabývá i dějinami dokumentaristiky a samotným vznikem dokumentární tvorby. The practical part named Příroda: Druhý domov Mariána Poláka is a documentary TV portrait about czech documentarist Marián Polák, who as almost the only one in the Czech republic, is filming natural movies nowadays. He has filmed several documentary movies and shows about nature. He has finished his first feauture film about czech nature called Planeta Česko (2018) last year. The first part of my bachelor thesis is trying to describe Marián Polák mostly as a documentarist. At the same time it shows a difficult process of filming natural documentary. The theoretical part adds facts to the practical one. It analyses documentary and it also tries to define the documentary movie. Briefly it describes the history of the documentary and its origin. The typology of the documentary is shortly covered in the next part of the bachelor thesis. The bachelor thesis characterize the author's type, the moderate type, the performed type and the observe type of document. Story building in serial format focusing on the Chernobyl miniseries

Diplomová práce s názvem Budování příběhu v seriálu se zaměřením na minisérii Černobyl se zabývá seriálem Černobyl z roku 2019, který vznikl v koprodukci televizních stanic HBO a Sky. Černobyl se stal velmi úspěšným dílem, přičemž obsadil první příčky nejrůznějších filmových databází v Česku i v zahraničí. Zároveň se seriál těšil i rozsáhlému mediálnímu pokrytí. Pětidílná minisérie popisuje dopady, které měla katastrofa v elektrárně v Černobylu roku 1986, především na obyčejné lidi. Cílem práce je primárně obsahová a dramaturgická analýza seriálu, rozbor jednotlivých postav a vývoj jejich charakterů, stejně tak jako analýza témat, které Černobyl protínají. Práce se také zaměřuje na budování příběhu seriálu z hlediska popsaných teoretických konceptů a na aspekty typické pro tvorbu seriálů a sérií. V neposlední řadě práce zpracovává i jednotlivé recenze daného seriálu, a to jak tuzemské, tak zahraniční.This diploma theses titled Story building in serial format focusing on the Chernobyl miniseries analyses the serial Chernobyl coproduced by American HBO and British Sky aired in 2019. Chernobyl miniseries gained public recognition and still ranks as one of the highest-rated TV shows in history according to movie databases in the Czech Republic and abroad. It also received wide media coverage from different newspapers and movie servers. The miniseries has five episodes it describes primarily the human aspect of a horrifying disaster in the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant in 1986. The main aim of this theses is content and dramaturgy analysis, description, and development of individual characters and themes. This diploma thesis also focuses on the story building of a serial in terms of theoretical concepts and aspects typical for making serials and series. Sensory quality of chosen types of beer

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o senzorickém hodnocení vybraných druhů piv. Teoretická část byla zaměřena na výrobu sladu a piva a surovin k tomu potřebných a byl také popsán úvod do senzorické analýzy. Experimentální část byla zaměřena na vlastní hodnocení. K senzorickému hodnocení bylo přizváno 19 neškolených hodnotitelů FCH VUT v Brně, kteří pomocí připraveného formuláře hodnotili 5 vzorků vybraných druhů piv. Pro hodnocení vzhledu a barvy, chuti a vůně, plnosti, říznosti, pěnivosti, hořkosti, příp. cizí chuti a vůně u jednotlivých vzorků byla použita nestrukturovaná grafická stupnice se slovním popisem krajních bodů. Pro celkové hodnocení přijatelnosti vzorku byla využita pětibodová kategorová ordinální stupnice. Výsledky analýzy byly poté graficky a statisticky zpracovány.This bachelor thesis deals with the sensory guality of chosen types of beer. The teoretical part was focused on the production of malt and beer and raw materials needed and also an introduction to sensory analysis was described. The experimental part was focused on evaluation itself. Nineteen untrained assesors were invited for sensory evaluation, who evaluated five selected beer kinds using the preprepared form. Unstructured graphic scale with a verbal description of anchor points was used to evaluate the appearance and color, taste and odour, fullness, bite, foaming, bitterness and any off-taste or off-odour of each sample. Five-point category ordinal scale was used for assessment of the overal acceptability of the samples. Results of the analysis were then evaluated graphically and statistically.

Providing counselling for smoking cessation in Prague pharmacies: a questionnaire-based research

Background: Counselling regarding smoking cessation is along with the specialized centers and addictological ambulances also accessible in pharmacies. There are 26 registered as those with specialization in consulting of quitting smoking. Pharmacists who provide this service have to complete guaranteed course from the Czech Chamber of Pharmacists. In the field of addictology, this is currently not really covered topic. Objectives: The main goal of the bachelor thesis was to capture and evaluate the advice of pharmacists in smoking cessation in selected Prague pharmacies. The partial goal of the work was to describe client services in terms of sociodemography and to find the service based on motivation. Methods: In this study, the total selection method was chosen, the selection included all pharmacies in the capital city of Prague (26), which are in the register of pharmacies with smoking cessation counseling listed by the Czech Chamber of Pharmacists. One pharmacy was not included in the research sample as it was unavailable for technical reasons during the data collection period. V hlavním městě Praha je registrováno celkem 26 lékáren specializujících se na poradenství odvykání kouření. Lékárníci poskytující tento typ poradenství absolvovali garantovaný kurz od české lékárnické komory. Na poli adiktologie se v současnosti jedná o málo zmapované téma. Cíl: Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat a zhodnotit poradenství lékárníků při odvykání kouření ve vybraných pražských lékárnách. Dílčím cílem práce bylo popsat klienty služby z hlediska sociodemografických charakteristik a na základě motivace pro vyhledání služby. Metodika: V této studii byla zvolena metoda totálního výběr, ve výběru byly zahrnuty všechny lékárny v hlavním městě Praha (26), které jsou v registru lékáren s poradenstvím na odvykání kouření uvedené podle České lékárnické komory. Jedna lékárna do výzkumného výběru nebyla zařazena, jelikož byla v období sběru dat z technických důvodů nedostupná. Assessment of aroma active compounds in currant

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením aromaticky aktivních látek v plodech rybízu (Ribes spp.). Teoretická část byla zaměřena na základní charakteristiky a látkové složení rybízu, a základní principy použitých metod: mikroextrakce tuhou fází (SPME), plynové chromatografie (GC) a senzorické analýzy. Cílem experimentální části bylo pomocí metody SPME-GC-FID stanovit aromaticky aktivní látky obsažené v plodech rybízu, pro hodnocení senzorické kvality a chutnosti plodů byl použit profilový test a hodnocení podle stupnice. Celkem bylo analyzováno 18 odrůd, z toho 6 odrůd bílého, 6 červeného a 6 černého rybízu. Ve vzorcích bylo identifikováno celkem 50 aromatických sloučenin, 21 alkoholů, 10 aldehydů, 2 kyseliny, 8 ketonů a 9 esterů. Výsledky byly statisticky zpracovány pomocí analýzy hlavních komponent (PCA) pro zkoumání vlivu jednotlivých látek na senzorickou kvalitu plodů.This master thesis deals with the assessment of aroma active compounds in fruits of currant (Ribes spp.). The theoretical part was focused on basic characteristics and chemical composition of currants, as well as the basic principles of techniques used: solid phase micro extraction (SPME), gas chromatography (GC) and sensory analysis. The main aim of the experimental part was to determine aroma active compounds in currants using SPME-GC-FID method. The profile and scale tests were used for assessment of sensory quality and tastiness of fruits. In total 18 varieties, among them 6 white, 6 red and 6 black currants, were evaluated. Fifty aroma active compounds were identified including 21 alcohols, 10 aldehydes, 2 acids, 8 ketones and 9 esters. The results were statistically evaluated using principal component analysis (PCA) to investigate the influence of single compounds on sensory quality of fruits.

Neologism in the linguistic, media and common picture of the world

Cílem interdisciplinární disertační práce je odpovědět na badatelskou otázku Co je neologismus? Výzkum byl inspirován metodologií vycházející z trojího typu dat, která J. Bartmiński specifikuje pro studium stereotypů jako součástí jazykového obrazu světa; jde o data systémová, textová a empirická. Neologismus je traktován v konfrontaci lingvistického, mediálního a běžného obrazu světa s využitím explikativní charakteristiky zahrnující i konotace pojmu. Po zasazení neologismu do systému temporalismů je výklad strukturován podle (nehomogenních) kritérií, na jejichž základě bývají neologismy v odborné literatuře vyčleňovány, tj. podle kritéria existenčního, časového, lexikografického, psychologického, strukturního, kritéria variety a kritéria nestability a stability. Mediální obraz neologismu byl zkoumán s využitím kvalitativně-kvantitativní metody obsahové analýzy v 93 mediálních komunikátech z let 2006, 2007 a 2016, 2017. Empirická data byla získána dotazníkovým šetřením z let 2017 a 2018; zúčastnilo se jej 100 respondentů ve věku od 11 do 81 let. Souhrnně lze konstatovat, že pojem neologismus je chápán značně různorodě. The research was inspired by the methodology relying on three types of data that J. Bartmiński specifies for studying stereotypes as part of the language picture of the world, i. e. systemic, textual and empirical data. Neologisms are expounded by confronting the linguistic, media and everyday picture of the world with the use an explicative characteristic including connotations of the concept. After introducing the neologism within the context of words marked stylistically with respect to time, the exposition is structured according to (non- homogeneous) criteria, on the basis of which neologisms in the reviewed literature are defined: the criterion of existence, the criterion of time, the lexicographic criterion, the psychological criterion, the structural criterion, the criterion of variety and the criterion of instability and stability. The media image of neologism was examined using the qualitative-quantitative method of content analysis in 93 media texts from 2006 and 2007, and 2016 and 2017.
